Pros
Working here makes me realize there are better places to work at
Cons
If you value your mental and emotional well-being, then don't work here. This company doesn't pay compulsory insurance and tax for its employees. Not only is this behavior completely unacceptable, but it is also illegal. It is a clear violation of labor laws and regulations that exist to protect workers from exploitation and mistreatment. Also it's no secret that the workplace culture at DIAS is toxic and detrimental to the growth and development of its employees. From micromanagement to unrealistic expectations, the work environment here is designed to make you feel undervalued and unappreciated. I was shocked to learn that the management at this company does not have the necessary certificates or knowledge for their positions (though they claim to have). As a result, their decision-making abilities are compromised, and their lack of expertise often leads to poor outcomes for both employees and customers.
