Pros
Benefits are good, generous employee development fund, lots of good challenges, IT departments go on a tropical conference yearly
Cons
Sectors are silo'd, executives communicate the bare minimum, never been told that layoffs were happening at a warehouse, management can be toxic, wage growth is not great (4%), not union friendly, growth opportunities don't currently exist in the data antics community (but supposedly is coming), big management changes coming, management is tightening their belts even though we are in a "good financial position"
