      You are just a number there and are easily disposable. (Amazon) Day shift people are treated very badly by night and other sift employees. Worn out and broken tugs and dollies. Never enough working equipment to do your job productively. Too many hourlys acting as if they are a boss.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
