      Pros

      Well paying, work life balance, interesting logistics problems to solve, nice colleagues/team spirit. Cushy job as a whole so no one really wants to leave.

      Cons

      The dinosaur corporation as a whole is not ready to embrace AI. IT infrastructure is a nightmare. Stakeholder buy-in is low and it's difficult to do technology there when the infrastructure/conditions to do so are non-existent. It's more a rabbit factory where people go to have a cushy well-paying job, pop out babies and do very little impactful work.
