Pros

Great benefits, free hot drinks. New furniture, but no privacy now. Great multinational teams, very close to metro and shopping center. Interesting IT system, lots to learn, trainings on site or outside.

Cons

Constantly growing, yet they have fired several people in 2018. No help from HR to see if they can fit somewhere else, even they bring in new people every month, several open positions. 2nd level view Service Desk as trash, very hard to leave Service Desk to those teams. Nepotism at it highest, if you want something, get ready to suck up to everyone. One worked for free during parental leave to get a job. DHL IT Services opened in India, meaning jobs will slowly move away from Prague, if you don't have something special to offer, be ready to get fired. No warning or any meeting explaining what is going on that impacts people. Promises about people not getting fired due to these changes was not kept. Bonus system that is unfair and not updated for ages, you get compared with people who either has way more work and have to deliver KPI's to match. So some get bonus without lifting a finger while others have to work like crazy. New furniture makes you sit neck and neck, no table space and no privacy, as the old one offered. If you can ignore all these things, its a great place. But for Service Desk, prepare that its temporary.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience at our Orlando site. We’re glad to read that you valued the salary, the 4x10 shift structure, and especially the relationships with your peers. At the same time, we regret the challenges you described related to senior management behavior, HR involvement, and consistency in people practices. A respectful, professional work environment where policies are applied fairly and leaders act with accountability is fundamental to our culture, and it’s clear there are areas where continued improvement is needed. To clarify, participation in company supported charitable or donation initiatives is strictly voluntary. Employees are not expected or required to contribute, and any perception of pressure is not aligned with our policies or expectations. If these initiatives were experienced differently, we would take that feedback seriously and see it as an opportunity to reflect on how our communications and practices are perceived. While we are sorry to learn that the overall culture did not meet your expectations, we appreciate you clearly outlining your concerns. Feedback like this plays an important role in ongoing reflection and improvement. Thank you for the contributions you made during your time with DHL. We wish you all the best moving forward. Best regards, Your DHL Team
