Pros
-Great staff & admin
-Some good managers that actually teach you
-Pay is good
Cons
-There is no training process,,. expect you to know everything
-Mgmt makes fake promises to employees
-Communication is poor
-HR is ruthless, put on performance review my first 6 months even though i was given barely any client work. Told managers to give me more return and client work each week during weekly meeting but never given any.
-Met expectations for performance review but still didnt work out.
-Watch out for HR! They say its a good enviorment but they only favor the few there.

-They do not give alot of work. I barely got much work even though i would asked for it numerous times.
