Pros
Overall good culture, work environment, and community outreach. There is a ton of product training available and upper level retention is great, meaning there is a lot of knowledge there to tap into. My department specifically is built on cohesion and interpersonal relationships, which I greatly enjoy and appreciate. My management team genuinely knows its employees.
Cons
1.High turnover for entry level positions 2. Very strict management style on most teams 3. raises are given but tend to stay on the lower percentage end
