Where to begin... Upper management treats employees fairly poorly. Several people have been laid off or quit due to upper management. The pay is below industry standard and allow no flexibility in negotiating pay raises. Company changes its direction every couple years. It will hire a bunch of people and then lay off a bunch of people. Benefits are not that great. 401K matching is well below industry standard.
