This is a family business, and this company is making everyone their slaves to make a living for their family. No regularly scheduled performance review, thus 0 career development. They do not care whether you can grow with your strength; they only care about you being their tools to make money. There are lots of their relatives in their company, so you need to watch out when you work with them. Even their HR is one of these, with 0 HR background before joining this family-founded company. So they are unable to properly deal with workplace issues. They do not provide any overtime salary, but you will have to work after your office hours. Think wisely before you choose to join.
