Pros

The salary packages can be competitive.

Cons

Despite all the talk about “culture,” “values,” and “inclusivity,” the internal reality is the opposite. The culture is toxic, driven by bullying, favouritism, and exclusion rather than genuine collaboration or respect. Senior management, though often described as “young and dynamic,” largely lack real leadership experience. They tend to come from the same backgrounds, schools, or social groups, and this has created a closed inner circle. Outsiders who do succeed tend to do so by imitating those same negative traits rather than bringing genuine diversity of thought or behaviour. Over the years, many capable employees have left or been dismissed under various pretexts. Yet the owner fails to look at the route cause "Senior Management". The company prefers to spend money on perks and PR rather than addressing fundamental issues like discrimination, bias, and psychological safety. It’s also worth noting that most of the positive reviews here are not organic. Employees are regularly asked or encouraged by management to leave 5-star reviews to maintain the company’s rating. You’ll likely see a glowing new review appear soon after this one, a common tactic to protect the brand’s public image.

Pros

Some good people doing their best

Cons

At first glance, it all looks impressive, glossy branding, big ideas, and talk of culture, creativity, and “family.” But behind the polish is an environment where the pressure is relentless, direction constantly changes, and leadership often confuses chaos for creativity. You’ll hear a lot about values, but you won’t see them lived out. It’s hard to feel supported when decisions come from the top down with little thought for the people doing the work. Deadlines move daily, priorities shift hourly, and genuine feedback is replaced with empty buzzwords. The people doing the work are talented and try hard, but morale only stretches so far. When the head of hr chooses to leave without another job lined up, and was everything a true hr person should be: calm, steady, and made everyone feel safe, that tells you everything you need to know. If you’re looking for somewhere that respects its people as much as its image, keep looking. The gloss fades quickly here.
