Pros
Working at DFW this past summer as an intern not only helped me grow professionally but also as a person and leader. If you have the drive and motivation to learn and better yourself, then DFW will be a great experience for you. For me, I came into the summer with an open mind, looking to gain experience in the business world. By the end of the summer I had learned countless skills not only in sales and strategies, but also on how to be a confident leader and pace setter. After discovering my love for sales, I'm now back at college for my senior year and am in the process of looking for a job to make a career . After interviewing and receiving offers from companies, I have realized how much more prepared I am for the professional world thanks to DFW. Being able to go into these interviews with confidence, and being able to touch on the concepts and skills that I learned over the summer has put me at an advantage and has been a huge help for me and my future.
Cons
Big time commitment to be successful
