      Pros

      Company and colleagues offer high levels of expression liberty which aids in work creativity. Flexible working hours provide with high employee flexibility. Pay is great compared to Albanian SE standards. Good life-work balance.

      Cons

      Company has a tough time organizing the flow of projects from time to time. There are no real analysts in the company and we don't follow SE methodologies.
