      Pros

      The company is stable and everybody seems very nice and polite.

      Cons

      On top of the organization, at the executive level, decent care and concern for the employees is missing. What they care about are numbers. It is pretty standard for big corporations, but common decency is expected. I just thought that this company is different. It is not.

      Tourism is an interesting industry, multifaceted work, nice and international work environment

      Cons

      Personal development and trainings not supported, no advancement opportunities, poor management, low pay, supervisors are not promoted based on qualifications leading to poor management, processes are not efficient
