      Very low pay Highly unstable - layoffs and outsourcing to cheaper markets are replacing US roles. Poor and absent leadership and management. You could be subject to discrimination and toxic management. No growth Bad clients

      Lots of individuals that make up many teams from design, copy, motion, production artists, and even full-time strategists.

      I left right before a big merge, so I can't speak to how it is after the merge. This review may be outdated.
