This is a company that will bring you joy and pride to work for. i worked for Dentca for 2 years, i developed an immense amount of skills and experience. The management team is nothing but professionals and admirable people. Chris, my manager was an extra-ordinary individual, always knew when to assist and how to go about handling situations. Both COE and Vice President of Dentca know what it takes to develop a successful company. Dentca's culture is amazing, i truly enjoyed going to work everyday, and learned to developed love for what i did. Dentca is dedicated to make a difference in people's life. i can not be more proud and satisfied to have worked for such an amazing company, full of genuine people. I was never terminated, i decided to continue my education and finish what i had pending. if i can go back to work to Dentca again, i would not even think twice to do so!! such AMAZING TEAM ! i will always have them all with me everywhere i go.
