Very flexible company great company culture and employee engagement activities Alot of opportunities to get your ideas out there and leadership will take your ideas and opinions into consideration. I loved working here and it gave me a jump start in my career. It's so easy to get comfortable and complacent at this job because of the flexibility and overall culture of the company. It's honestly like no other and one of the if not the best company I have ever worked for. I was in corporate and I think Dave the CFO was my favorite haha.

There really weren't any cons, to be honest. Typical work-related and co-worker-related issues but nothing that were red flags.
