You are deceived in the comp plan, they state you will make X but be prepared to only make your base pay. The market is there but the product is not a need it is something these franchisees don't really want. They expect you to perform at a high level; however, they treat you like a child. There are huge upper management concerned and there is a huge bad apple on the sales team that negatively impacts other departments. I would second guess your employment here. Be ready to be micro managed, not be able to hit goals, have no support and Moreno important the unlimited PTO isn't a real thing. Yes they sell you on the unlimited PTO but you are looked down upon when you use it. It's a joke and I would not want my worse enemy to take a position with this organization.
