Terrible management - Claims Representative DEKRA Employee Review

Terrible management, the worst I have ever experienced Staff overworked (workload is 4 times industry standard) Hardworking employees not rewarded or recognised Poor performance is not managed This means if you work hard you are given extra work, if you don’t work hard you have work taken off you and given to the hard workers. But there is no reward / punishment for this Communication to employees is non existant Very toxic and unfair working environment, a lot of staff are unhappy and stressed HR and the MD turn a blind eye to any complaints No appraisals or 1-2-1 in over 3 years and no sanity checks during Covid. Really poor
