Cons
Where to begin... I, like you, looked at these reviews and decided to give this company the benefit of the doubt . I was eager and ready to face the world... Was it ever a slap in the face. Do not make the same mistake and take these reviews with a grain of salt. This place is a sinking ship with no real management and a frightening lack of organisation... I've witness some extremely questionable behavior from "superiors" even though this company will pride itself with not having a hierarchy system. These people in positions of power have bully type attitudes and it's quite concerning. No one will take the time to evaluate your growth, there's no real training, it's quite fast paced and a very "learn as you go" type culture. This can be beneficial in terms of skills development, but in a company like this, it's only a disaster waiting to happen as the margin and the tolerance for errors is quite small for new employees. The turnover rate is extremely high. They fire and they hire as frequently as they launch a new product (ironic as they can't keep up with the demand and the production of the products they currently have.) For a start-up company I completely understand that there's a learning curve, however, they have daily opportunities to learn from these mistakes but make a conscious effort not to. On a more positive note, the people I did meet and befriend we're unbelievable! Knowledgeable, driven, eager... Just overall a rich crowd! The few interactions I had with the CEO were pleasant and he has the right intentions of making DECIEM's products affordable for consumers - if things do change this company has the potential to push all other high-end companies out of the ball park. Also, the products do work and they're great... Credit is to be given where it's due!
