Management is the worst I’ve ever seen supervisors are incompetent don’t know what they’re doing they think they know it all but actually don’t know what to do or anything. After getting hired on to decast you’re working really hard because the supervisor expects it from you lead hand is absolutely useless all favouritism lead hand will be hired on because the supervisor “likes you” staff smoking on the premises of the plant, you do the most and the supervisor won’t acknowledge you even if people aren’t there and you pick up the slack from employees not being on job. You’re constantly hearing rumours of who’s going to be laid off and who’s staying it’s a guessing game just wait till you’re up. No one cares about the safety of the employees you’re just a number! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
