The gaming industry can be very unpredictable and we understand the importance of fostering an atmosphere of security and support. We're pleased that you found our team members to be supportive and experienced little to no crunch time. Overall, we are committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance and ensuring our team members have the necessary resources and support to thrive.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the pay scales and benefits. While we make every effort to offer competitive compensation, we acknowledge that there may be instances where we fall below industry averages. We regularly review and adjust our compensation packages to remain competitive within the industry, and we take on all feedback given during these evaluations. Similarly, we recognize the importance of comprehensive benefits and are actively working to enhance our offerings that can be offered to all in a remote setup.
Regarding the issue of information partitioning and remote work, we understand the challenges that can arise when working in a distributed team. We are actively working on improving our communication channels and transparency to ensure that information flows smoothly throughout the organization. Your suggestion to share information in company-wide channels is well-received, and we will strive to make communication more accessible and inclusive.
Regarding your suggestion for increased CEO presence, we recognize the importance of leadership visibility and connection. We will explore avenues to enhance CEO communication and presence within the company in addition to his personal onboarding presentations for new joiners and monthly written updates to the company. This will be to ensure that everyone has a clearer understanding of our goals, values, and leadership.
