This company gets projects through minority owned business commissions awarded by the city however in reality it acts like a staffing agency to provide labor to big companies. This way big companies still get these projects which were supposed to be given to minority business and staff is provided by this business. After being hired you start getting bullied by the parent company like they own your hours and times. They will change conditions of your employment after you start and you get confused why you are working for one company but you have an email address of another and why they have a saying about your time and efforts.
