Pros
A good solid company with the backing of a large parent company. Good, knowledgeable employees and "can do" attitude throughout the company. Some good strides are being made to support more global systems.
Cons
Too many silos and cost center competition has led to a number of regional and local internal and external IT solutions, often duplicating each other in functionality and not global in nature.
