somewhat decent hourly pay for people in lower leadership and not close enough to be decent but manageble hourly pay for associates. Overtime if you like that

-mental and physical health are not prioritised and not important over the customer/client contract
-Management treats you like a number instead of a human being
- not allowed to speak out against inhumane conditions or mistreatment
- corporate HR has been compromised and doesnt care about your well being
- Exempt employees (salary paid) are REQUIRED to work overtime without any compensation. (working 30+ hours outside of regular 40 hours)
-Administrative office personnel and in-house HR (P&O) treat warehouse employees like lower class uneducated subhumans or worse than dirt.
- Consequences if you report Administrative personnel, management, or leadership for sexual harassment or assault
