Pros
I accepted the offer because it was close to home.
Cons
DAV-Force is a very shiesty/shady company. There is no accountability. They rip off their employees in wages. They are greedy and only look out for themselves. They are hustlers with a con artist mentality. There are no benefits, paid time off, nor sick days, so good luck if life happens and need time off. If you are having an issue with your job, they do not follow up, nor address the situation. If someone has a complaint against you, there are no investigations and they immediately will suspend you off of hearsay. They cannot keep any employees. For the people that stay, it's only because that's all they know or for personal reason. If you end up getting hire with this company, you'll eventually quit. No one from the DAV-Force has visited the site since awarded the contract in which that alone speaks volumes. There are no policies in place (I really believe they make up rules as they go), no SOPs, no employee handbook. It’s just nothing but a vague job description. I don't know if half of the things that they're doing is legal but it’s most certainly very questionable. They do not look out for their employees and there's no sense of direction. They will insult your intelligence. And if you have a disagreement with them, they don't know how to be professional and they'll hold a grudge against you. This is the absolute worst company I've ever worked for. The worst contract I've been on. Please save yourself the heartache. Even if you do accept the offer, I'm telling you now that you will not be with the company for long, so have a Plan B prior to signing; because, once you’re with DAV-Force, you will soon see all of the issues and you’ll start hunting for better.
