      Pros

      NONE, this place should be avoided at all costs.

      Cons

      The company is run very badly. Lack of direction, training and organization. Processes and system don't work. The management has no idea. They don't deem to care about their workers. When things get tough, they just cut costs with massive redundancies. Worst experience I have ever had in a company.

      Pros

      Small company so you have a lot of one on one interactions with people. Recruiters are excellent at giving you information you need about the hiring process, giving you tips for the interview and cheering you on. The HR rep is amazing. She handles a lot of work but always reaches out to you super quickly when you ask a question.

      Cons

      I am grateful for the benefits package they have but would really like to have another option.

      pay, job assignment, schedule, staff at DataSoft technologies are very friendly and easy to get in touch with, payroll is always correct, good secure job assignments
