Pros
Talent acquisition team have ensured that we are really supported by colleagues of the highest capabilities and experience. We may be a young company, but, the combined experience is incredible. Some very strong IP which is laying the groundwork for a strong growth path. For a startup, DAQRI really ensure that employees are well supported with the right equipment and training. Benefits are also quite good.
Cons
The company has been moving fast, but, is really finding its stride now. Sometimes visibility and communication between the different locations can be poor. I guess this is a result of locating each discipline near the best talent pools wherever they are in the world.
