Pros

Flexibility with school schedule. The short hours are good for students who need a part-time job.

Cons

The company is always changing their policies, so it's hard to keep track of what exactly they want us to do. The pay does not reflect the amount of work we do. It's really hard to climb up the corporate ladder, so if you're trying to grow career wise, this company is not the best place to work at.

Pros

Pay wasn't too terribly bad, make around $14 an hr. Management can be hit or miss depending on who you get, colleagues will likely be early 20's if you're the same age

Cons

My location had lower hours Hard to move up, only one other position which was keyholder/assistant manager

Pros

Good hours (While I was there) Flexible schedule Nice pay

Cons

A lot of decisions were made not by management, but by higher ups at the company. Our stock was also decided on by some sort of computer algorithm, so we’d often have stuff in the back we couldn’t put on shelves without stuffing them. Overall, I think I got out just in time because former coworkers told me the hours got so bad that people were forced to go on food stamps.
