Pros
Nice employee incentive program. Friendly staff. Some departments have room for growth and/or flexibility to move throughout the company. Great work/life balance.
Cons
Corrupt HR department especially at the top level. Too many under performing employees and those employees seem to get significant employee incentives. Upper management over paid.
