Pros
- Good company culture in general; the people they hire are good to work with, friendly and down to earth
Cons
- They overwork everyone and don't give anything in return. They don't praise the good, but question the bad after you're taking on the workload of several people. Also, the leadership unilaterally pushes their ideas on the workforce and then blames the outcome on the workers, even though the workers warned them what would happen if they went through with their bad ideas. Higher-ups clearly pick favorites, and promote them, and give them perks over other, more competent people.
