Sooo many cons that I could go on forever but I’ll keep it real simple: -Management is brutal. Senior management is even worse. They’re all bullies on a power-trip that don’t care about their employee’s well-being. -Toxic work environment fueled by cliques, gossip, disrespect, bullying, favoritism, and micromanagement. -Employee’s are overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated!!! Bad work/life balance, asking to wfh is like asking for a million dollars. -It’s a sales job at a call center, not a marketing job. Maybe 10% marketing, but that’s it. The job descriptions are so misleading, it’s crazy. -Management takes advantage of young professionals just starting out and not knowing any better by treating them absolutely terribly with disrespect and deceit. -The job itself is so stressful and repetitive. It stunts employee growth and success within marketing industry -
