      No pros to name, other companies offer soo much more with benefits and work environment

      Cons

      Poor leadership, terrible benefits, pay is not competitive to other companies, no morals to produce quality work. Only cares about making as much money as possible for overhead positions.

      Good Employee Relations and Fair Treatment. Support and Training and Learning/Development. Benefits and incentives. The company really cares for and looks out for its employees.

      Cons

      There weren't many downsides to working with the company. I was happy with my position.
