      Great customers and coworkers, new facility, excellent discounts

      Cons

      Income potential grossly exaggerated, overbearing owner & manager love to micromanage, owner and employees are allowed to smoke in the building, no profit sharing or 401 for two years, meager benefits, have to work too many Saturdays

      All Employees earnings are in the top 1 percentile for the Automotive Industry. Earnings are typically earned on a base and commission, if an an employee such as this earned what they believe to be low wages, it was due to poor performance and sales. Most companies offer minimal benefits, We offer health insurance, dental insurance and a retirement program, plus paid training, vacations and holidays. As per any company there is a vesting period, after 2 years we offer a simple I.R.A. and invest 3% of employees salary to the I.R.A.

      Pros

      Great work enviroment, always busy with scheduling 3-4 days out. Best equipment in the industry to work with. Owner takes great care of his employees with a general pat on the back, and is concerned about growth and long term of all of his employees. Great Retirement program that the company contributes 3% of yearly salary no matter how much I put into the plan. Built a brand new awesome facility last year and business has gone up over 30% since we moved in.
