      Failing in growing from a start-up to a bigger company Relying on a few "jocker" employees Having severe management and procedural problems Human resources is very unprofessional IT is awful - when I left they remotely completed erased and destroyed my personal iPhone

      Very cool technology (counter-UAS), mission-driven environment, amazing work-life balance, opportunity to travel and engage with customers.

      Small (but growing) company, but otherwise none.

      The only pro is the pay.

      Cons

      No leadership from the CEO down. Company does not value employees. Company leadership has made anti-veteran comments. Company does not care about customers.
