Highly niche area; very interesting products and services
Cons
At the time, executive leadership was highly controlling and had shifted from the product-led, innovation strategy that the company was founded on to a sales-led strategy that had significant impacts to the internal culture.
Good to see that leadership has changed - hopefully for the better.
