Pros
The job is very straight forward for someone who is bilingual. Once your shift ends, you don’t have to stress over work or anything since you don’t have deadlines or assignments to work on. You just have to interpret while you’re there. The supervisors are nice and friendly. It’s a good work environment. You have the possibility to work from home, too.
Cons
The job is very simple. Although a lot of employees don’t have a college degree, having a college degree won’t increase your pay grade, it’s the same starting hourly rate for everyone.
