Cyprus Credit Union has provided very affordable insurance for full-time and donates a lot of money into your HSA for matching for couple and family plans. Plans for individuals are not as great and benefits are terrible for part time. Cyprus has a very positive culture and cross sells are not unreasonable for individual employees in comparison to other institutions.

Slower branches may have difficulties reaching goals due to unreasonable cross sell goals for small branches and branches where they have ILT(Virtual ATM Tellers). Traditional branches with full teller lines and traditional drive throughs are great to work at. Back office is treated much better than branches but branches are not treated terrible but know that it is a big difference in pluses between back office and branches.
