p1. An individual is treated with very high respect. p2. The atmosphere is more like family. People can communicate freely and openly. p3. An organization with a Strength Focus; ignoring the weaknesses of an associate (who does not have a weakness?)
Cons
c1. Long-term roadmap of organization growth is not visible. c2. Organization does not invest into improving the skillsets of associates. If you are good, you continue to be just that. When will you become great? c3. Has no loyalty-related benefits.
