Fine as a last option if you need to live in the Netherlands and couldn't find anything better. - B2G Agent Cygnific BV Employee Review

Pros

Good for an expat who has to stay in the Netherlands for particular circumstances and need "just any job". No Dutch language needed. They pay your transportation home-work-home, doesn't matter where you live in the country (especially good since finding accommodation in Amsterdam is virtually impossible). Don't be too excited about travelling much, the flight perks are restricted to the mother-company and flights are permanently full, making standby travel almost impossible. They've fixed the annoying bit of just confirming holidays 3 months before. Now you can already know when you have summer holidays in November of the previous year, and new year holidays as early as May.

Cons

Working for Cygnific is almost common-place if you crash landed in the Netherlands and you don't have an IT, Engineering or another nerd's diploma. For a Dutch national, they usually work here to start their career and leave as fast as they can. As a B2G, I used to think I was better off than B2T or B2C, but recently that Department has simply equalized to the other reservations departments. Intrusive coaching like in every call center, employees being explored to the maximum, you don't have a "team" and it's "your obligation" to work on whichever country that may be busy. Customer service is appalling because all the management team thinks is to save money, since they're so concerned about the business going to another call center in a cheaper country. No marked places, if you want to sit in a quieter spot, you need to come sometimes 40-50 minutes before your shift. Keep your distance, don't plan to stay here more than 1 year, unless you're a female, beautiful, young: those get promoted really fast. The internal promotions are totally obscure.
