      I'm lucky to have such passionate and hardworking colleagues.

      Cons

      Cygnet has an awful leadership that exploits and abuses the company's employees. Most of us here are forced to work for extended hours by the management. We rarely get enough breaks, and the management still give us way more workload than we can reasonably handle. Avoid this company and its terrible maangement!

      Pros

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
