      Pros

      From day 1 it was obvious that senior management truly values their employees, they go out of their way to make sure the employees know this, which is appreciated. Everyone at the company is friendly and helpful. Every which way you look there are big things happening at Cygilant, never a boring day!

      Cons

      Overall I think everyone is happy at Cygilant, only thing is I wish there was 401k matching.
