On completing the assigned projects the employees can put paper voluntarily, otherwise we will be pushed out immediately by the management. By understanding employees or due to technical problem the previous month salary will be credited on installment basis on the next month.
Cons
Management is giving salary by taking loans. Small company dull business Any time flop An employee should stay on work for atleast 1 year if he accept his salary hike, otherwise he has to payback that hiked amount to the company. Unsatisfied employees, nobody stay more than 1 year. Less time to complete projects, no clarity in requirements. recurring change requests. High pressure on works. Recruiting employees without need and terminating employees without prior notice.
