Great place to work. Senior management / c level executives seem to genuinely care about their workers.
Cons
Very strange heirarchy rules for a multinational company. Some teams make decisions for other teams which have no interest in the other team's products etc. Owners of products are sometimes completely oblivious of their own product or you never hear from them.
