The company has turned a corner and management has finally turned a corner. The culture and people are great and I really enjoy coming to work.

Pros

Great culture, responsive leadership, cyber security market is on fire, fun place to work. I have had a great time working here.

Cons

CyberClan has grown very rapidly in the past 6 months, and there have been some issues such as slow response time and feeling like people aren't listening. This has mainly been remedied.

Pros

The CEO pushes a "family culture". When I first started here last year, I thought it was just all talk, but quickly realized how authentic his words were. I felt inclined to write something because I saw a negative comment posted about growing pains. It is true that there are growing pains, but that is pretty much expected when you go from 20 employees to over 100 in less than a few months. When I started there were maybe 40 of us. I agree that there are ways to improve, but overall, the people and the culture are what I enjoy the most. I love the virtual happy hour where we get to chat with our colleagues about random topics that would typically happen in an office setting. I enjoy the effort that the human resources team puts forth to talk about diversity and inclusion. I am happy to see a diverse management team as well. There is no shortage of intelligence and good ideas within this group. I feel like I am part of a great team, and I love growing with CyberClan. For me, working at a small company or a start-up is the opportunity to be able to learn so much about various parts of the business. I have learned a lot from my Incident Response colleagues, as well as the Sales team, I can't imagine that I'd have this much access at a bigger operation in my current role.

Cons

I wish the onboarding process was smoother. It took me a long time to get my computer, and I heard the same for many of my colleagues. I understand that delivery was affected due to the pandemic, but I didn't feel complete until I received my equipment. They should work on a better delivery system for new hires. The only other con is that I haven't had the opportunity to meet all of my colleagues in person, but I blame COVID for that! Due to the area where I live, I did have a chance to meet a few in person, and that was great!
