Average Experience - Marketing Research Associate Cvent Employee Review

Very Low Salary (literally very for a company like Cvent), Long - Super Long working hours (9.5 hours per day, are you kidding me!!), 6 Annual Holidays for India office (Like really?? Muslims/Christians/Sikhs are also the part of company, Min. 10 Holidays is a Govt. Rule but they don't care about it), Annual PTO have increased now to 28 days but previously they were very less as well, Do not care attitude of Management (Promotions are given on absolutely no basis). No Training schedule while u r in the job and want to learn more.
