Has an amazing team who is dedicated to researching and creating leads, so there is never a shortage of prospects and hardly any prospecting you have to do as a salesperson.
Cons
There is some lack of transparency in terms of career development and sales goals to hit and what the outcomes are thereafter. Seems to be an unspoken rule of working overtime each day if you realistically want to get your workload done. Chaotic process post-sale - lack of support from onboarding teams, sometimes takes days to get an answer while a client is waiting to get started in the product. Certain parameters make it difficult to transition into a different role without excelling in your current one that you may be struggling in.
