Pros

- Great focus on mental health, wellbeing, and balance. - Experienced management team (in place earlier than most start-ups) - Great customers: big clients renewing/upselling is always a good sign. Product clearly works! - Ambitious growth plans, but not growth for growth's sake. Feels more sustainable than other scale-ups I've worked for.

Cons

- Normal growing pains, some departments more stretched than others. - Collaboration between departments needs some more - but more than half of the team never having met each other (or anyone else!) due to the pandemic hasn't made this easy.

Pros

The salary and benefits are good for a company this size. You can learn a lot from your colleagues, who have different experiences and skills, creating a helpful environment for growth.

Cons

Working at this company has been quite challenging due to the dominating influence of the founding team, who have been around for over a decade. It feels like every decision needs their input, and long-serving colleagues often go over others' heads if they disagree, creating a frustrating atmosphere. The CEO is the only one who can bring in revenue because he knows everyone, which shows just how dependent we are on Ky and the founding team. The company is not worth a dime without them. Unfortunately, the business isn’t growing. Cutover constantly changes its strategy, making wild moves for growth without any solid market research to back them up. This lack of direction and consistency makes it hard to feel confident in the company’s future. Overall, it’s a tough environment that stifles innovation and morale.
