      Pros

      COO and CMO both cared a great deal about the employees of the organization. Real down to earth leadership group.

      Cons

      Some products were outdated and needed a complete refresh, which thankfully was on the horizon. I just was not there to see it come to fruition.

      Pros

      Working at CSSI has been a fantastic experience. The variety of projects available is great: often I worked on multiple projects, which kept the work interesting. There is a large development team and easy systems for communication; more experienced developers are always available and eager to help. The environment is very friendly, with frequent team building and training events. Flexible hours are great as well…

      Outdated softwares , need to upgrade.
