It is unfortunate that negative management experience has resulted in you feeling like you had no option but to potentially leave the business. We have invested and continue to invest in training and support to management teams at all levels of the business. Our management teams are ‘hands-on’ in their departments, working alongside their teams, and we encourage open conversations between employees and managers.
At Custom Interconnect we always look to continually improve. We are in the process of starting an employee voice forum that aims to represent all areas of the business and we would welcome your input to this group. It will be a forum to share ideas, experiences and viewpoints. This helps us to be proactive and involves employees in shaping and promoting our values and ethics.
