      Pros

      The product offered to educators to advance literacy is unmatched.

      Cons

      Toxic/abusive work environment. Very, very, high turnover. Ever changing processes. Poor communication between leadership and staff. Unclear expectations with a demand that they be met. Top heavy management will little room for staff to advance or have their ideas heard.

      *Week day hours (no nights and weekend) *Operations Manager is a great mentor *Learning relevant cutting-edge ERP System *Manager offered to be a professional reference for me as I finish college

      *the system was in the first six months of implementation so some processes were still being developed.

      Lots of favoritism company wide. Very obvious. Small family run company and lots of family favors as well.
